Unworthy, but worth it

Struggling with your worth is something we all face. Meeting Jesus means we know that we have worth because He gave his life for us.

As Christians we know that sin equals death because humans chose to sin and that put separation between us and God. Jesus came and set us free by dying on the cross and bearing every sin upon himself.

Some days it’s real easy to feel unworthiness. Like we don’t deserve God’s love after all we’ve done.

BUT Jesus says we are worth it. He gave his life for us because He loves us and wants us to spend eternity with him. Jesus is enough. So you can believe that you are enough too. You have been beautifully and wonderfully created. You are a new creation. The old is gone, the new has begun.

In the song Sparrows by Cory Asbury, he says a heart planted in forgiveness doesn’t dwell in the past.

It’s time to forgive, whether that’s yourself or someone else, and it’s time to grow. Step into your worth because
